How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for you are €4.90 within Germany. From a purchase value of €150.00, you will receive your goods free of shipping costs in Germany.
Shipping costs to all other countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Liechtenstein, Netherlands and Poland) are €12.90.
Where is my order?
Simply check your inbox and look for the last email from us. In this email we have included a link with your tracking ID. This ID shows you the current status of your niGGi delivery.

How long will my delivery take?
We promise you that we will give it our all! You will usually receive your goods within 3-6 working days.
Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?
We ship our goods with DHL as standard.
Can I change my order later?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order afterwards.
If you don’t like a product, simply send it via our returns portal back to us. If you have decided on an alternative, please simply place a new order.
How can I return goods?
If you ordered the wrong size or you don't like your Niggi / sweater, then first of all we're sorry that we couldn't meet your requirements. Please leave us a short feedback . We want to develop and respond to your needs.

How can I complain?
"What's going on?" When you unpack your sweatshirt/sweater, it shows defects that shouldn't be there? Then send it back to us quickly! If there are demonstrable defects, we will of course replace the goods free of charge! Simply cancel the delivery using the following link . We will then take care of the rest.
Shipping
The shipment is made as an insured package or by post with DHL. The shipping costs are €4.90 within Germany. If your purchase is at least €150.00, we will cover your shipping costs within Germany. Collection of the products is not possible.
Return
You don't like your new items or you got the wrong size? No problem, you can send your items back to us within 14 days . In the interest of sustainability, however, we want to try to ensure that as few packages as possible are returned and therefore do not offer a free return label. You have to bear the costs of the return yourself. If you want to send something back, please feel free to use our convenient returns management .
